In March I completed two quilts which I made from Tom & Jerry fabric I had cut out to make pajamas for my grandsons -- about TEN years ago!
The blue one .....
..... the orange one.
Both quilts are going to The Little Lambs Foundation for Kids. They provide a little comfort in a backpack for children aged newborn to 17 who are transitioning into foster care or emergency shelters, or who have been hospitalized.
It makes my heart happy to think about the little lambs who will be receiving these truly special gifts.

Your quilts are lovely. It’s good to read you not only made them for a good cause, but also that you repurposed unused dressmaking fabric. I must look through my dressmaking supplies, and half finished garments (all too small now anyway!) and see if I can do the same.
Your quilts will be giving quilty hugs to a child for sure. They are such adorable quilts.
So fun to see these little quilts again. They are so cute! I'm glad you're donating them to such a great cause. Thank you :)
Awesome quilts, and sure to make someone very happy! Thanks for participating!!
Cute quilts and a great way to use up that fabric that never made it into pjs. :D
Very nice quilts!
Both quilts are adorable. They will give much needed hugs.
What a good way to rescue your fabric, and do a good deed into the bargain.
